Antique 9ct Rose Gold Albert Watch Chain / Choker Chain Necklace

A stunning antique 9ct rose gold albert watch chain / choker chain necklace. This superb example was manufactured by Britton and Sons of Birmingham who were renowned makers of gold chains from the 1850s, later making cases for Rolex watches. This is a lovely quality chain, with each link, the dog clips and the t-bar stamped 9 375 to denote 9ct gold. It can be used as a watch chain or worn as a choker necklace. It is of a very good quality weighting 40 grams and has been created in a gorgeous rich rose gold. A part of our antique gold chain collection.

This is a fantastic example of an antique gold watch chain with just very minimal signs of wear. The metalwork is all in fantastic order and the hallmarks are nice and clear with just some showing some rubbing. A great sheen across a very sold, high quality chain.
