At Robert Harris Jewellers, every item of jewellery we sell is covered by a two year guarantee. We believe peace of mind is essential, which is why all purchases are fully guaranteed, whether the piece is new or pre-owned.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and return the item within 30 days. Once we have received the item back, a refund will be issued within two working days using the original method of payment.
When returning an item, please ensure it is sent using a secure, fully insured, and trackable service. Responsibility for the safe return of the item remains with the customer until it is received by us.
Items must be carefully packaged and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for items returned in a lesser condition.
For returns sent from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package as “Return of Sample Merchandise from UK”. If the item is antique, please state “Antique – Over 100 Years Old”.
We cannot reclaim any customs charges or taxes applied by local authorities, however we can provide confirmation of return to assist you in making a claim where possible.
