Second Hand 18ct Gold Egyptian Cartouche Pendant

A wonderful second hand 18ct gold Egyptian cartouche pendant. These pendants are said to warn off evil spirits and were once only worn by the Pharaohs of Egypt. Cartouche means cartridge in French, the pendants were named when Napoleon invaded Egypt as the pendants reminded his soldiers of a gun cartridge. A part of our second hand gold pendant collection.
