Delivery Information

All deliveries are dispatched free of charge on the same or next working day following purchase.

A signature is required upon delivery for all orders, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Orders within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is trackable and fully insured for your peace of mind.

International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, Parcelforce Global Priority, or DHL International Shipping. Standard delivery times typically range from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination, although local customs procedures may occasionally cause delays.

If you have requested a ring to be resized, please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days before dispatch.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (including the Faroe Islands), Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France (including Corsica), Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, India, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), Singapore, South Africa, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes or duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as we have no control over them. If you are unsure about your country’s import policies, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist where possible.

If your item qualifies as an antique (over 100 years old), it will be clearly marked as such. In many countries, antiques are exempt from import taxes.
